GLOW Kids Welcomes CUMC in Plano, Texas!

Christ United Methodist Church in Plano,Texas is starting the first
church-based GLOW Kids chapter. Official registration starts in
August of 2008, but you can be part of the planning phase now!

We are in the process of joining Mission Possible Kids, a 501(c)3
non-profit organization dedicated to providing kids the opportunity
to change the world by helping others; they are “Special Agents
doing God’s work.” MPKids is for elementary children, so it is a
great companion program for GLOW Kids! Together, we look
forward to a community of children eager to serve and love others,
all while having a great time!

The Pilot Chapter is Still Serving!
The pilot chapter of GLOW Kids is currently planning a food drive
for CCA food pantry, Easter party at the nursing home, and their
second annual charity lemonade stand.
After two full years of GLOW Kids, these kindergarteners are
already veteran servants! They are all excited about sharing the
fun with other young families as GLOW Kids begins to expand. They
look forward to meeting other GLOW Kids at their first official
balloon launch in August!
